Automation of tasks with Microsoft Power Automate

One of the unique things about Power Automate is you can use it to manage itself along with other parts of Microsoft Power Platform. The following connectors can be helpful to automate administrator tasks with Power Automate.

Requirement: after users submitted Training Evaluation using Microsoft Forms, Power Automate will add per new record to SharePoint List. Option: you can custom this flow later to meet your requirement 

Option: Using Power BI to connect and get data for visualization not include in this demo 

Perquisite: 

Any Users account in Microsoft 365 license included email, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power Automate community 

The process is done as follows

• Creating Training Evaluation using Microsoft Forms 
• Create Training Evaluation using Microsoft SharePoint List 
• Create Power Automate 

Innovation (option): 

If one of the content or trainer rating is < 4, then send email to Training Quality Control email then they will find out the root cause and try to improve and support customers to ensure them satisfy after training
